Tonight (December 14), at 7 p.m., the Brazilian government delegation at COP-15 promotes the panel "Brazil: for a sustainable economy". The panel will be coordinated by the head of the Brazilian delegation, the minister Dilma Rousseff, and will cover the following topics:
- Brazil and its goals for reducing carbon emissions;
- The actions that Brazil is running to achieve these goals;
- The clean Brazilian energy matrix;
- Initiatives to combat deforestation in the Amazon.
The event will be held in the room Carl Frederik Titgen, at the Bella Center, in Copenhagen.
